  4. Break chocolate compound in small piece. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Stir it. Again microwave it for 1 to 2 minute. Mix it well. Chocolate is ready to coat. - Take one khajoor pan. Keep it on fork. Pour melted chocolate over it.. Tap once to drain the extra chocolate.
  5. Keep it on alluminium foil. - Coat all khajoor pans with melted chocolate. - Keep these pan delights in fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.
