- Prepare 400 g all purpose flour
- Take Some oil
- Take 3/4 cup warm water
- Prepare 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- Get 1 pin of salt

- Sieve the flour and add in a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and 2tbs of cooking oil and rub in.
- Add the coconut and continue mixing then add warm water
- Add 1tbs of oil again and knead till the dough doesn't stick on your hands
- Cover with a cling film and let it rest for 30mins
- Roll the dough and cut it into smaller equal balls.
- Roll the small ball into thin round sheet and spread a little oil in between then fold again to get layers
- After doing the same to all balls let them rest for 5mins
- Roll them again and place on a cooking heated pan.
- Dry all sides then add a little oil on each side to cook well
- Place them on a tight tin. Cool and serve with beans or beef or lentils or any stew of your choice
