  9. Bake 20-25 minutes covered and 5-10 minutes uncovered until desired color is reached, bread should be at least 105°F internally.

After making this bread a bazillion times, I've identified two techniques that really make all the difference: a long fermentation and using a Dutch oven for baking. No knead bread is made with flour, yeast, water and salt, and does not require any kneading of the dough at all. You simply mix the dough quickly, cover, and let rest overnight. This easy no-knead bread requires next to no hands-on time.
