  4. Start mixing. Mix 5 min and put the dough onto a working table.
  5. Knead around 10min. Then add butter and Knead 7 more min.
  6. Lightly oil a bowl and put the dough to it. Cover it with wet kitchn towel. And let it for 1 st fermentation for 30min
  7. After 30min put the dough to the working table. Degas it by pressing down or punching to it
  8. Cut 35g pieces and make balls
  9. Put those on a oiled baking tray and cover it with wet towel. And let it for 20min for 2nd fermentation
  10. After 20min degas the balls.and make balls again
  11. Put it on a lined baking tray and egg wash all. Top it with sesame seeds.
  12. Preheat the oven to 200c
  13. Bake the buns for 12min
  14. After baking butterwash the top and. Eat well 😊
