  6. Take 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. Make ready 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries , raisins , apricot )

Steps to make Biscotti:
  1. Pre heat oven at 180 celsius for 10 minutes. Line the baking tray with the butter paper and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar until light in colour and smooth. Add eggs one at a time and keep on beating.
  3. Sieve the maida and baking powder. Now add the sieved maida little by little and incorporate the same with the help of spatula.
  4. Now add the dry fruits and mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into a two portions and keep on the baking tray like two logs. Try to make smooth by the spatula.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, remove from the oven.
  7. Cut the logs in 1/2 inch wide till it is little hot and keep it on the baking tray for the second baking at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes keep the biscotti on grill rack.
