  2. Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, add to the bowl, then pour the milk slowly in and stir gently until there is no powdery texture left.
  3. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or use silicon muffin cups. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 of the way, and bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  4. note: My little boy helped to make the muffins with me, and he added chopped marshmallow before baking. It was also sweet and yummy :)
