- Prepare 4 green onions sliced
- Take sesame oil for brushing
- Make ready For Manderin Sauce
- Take 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- Get 1/2 cup hoisen sauce
- Get 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- Take 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- Take 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1
- Take 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- Make ready For Maderim Pancakes
- Prepare 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- Get 3/4 cup boiling water
- Get 1 .teaspoon granulated sugar
- Take 1 teaspoon asian seasoning
- Take to taste black pepper
Instructions to make Moo -"Shu Pork:
- Cut pork into thin strips1. Combine in a bowl the 4 tablespoons tamai, cornstarch, mirin, ginger and sriracha. Add pork strips and coat with sauce Cover and marinate 30 minutes
- In a small skillet heat 1 teaspoon butter, add eggs, cook until set then remove to a plate. Cut into thin strips and reserve1. In a small bowl combine broth, hoisen sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and sriracha sauce
- In a wok or large skillet heat chili oil and add pork and brown, removing to a plate as done
- Add mushrooms bamboo shoots and onions and cover until soft,remove cover
- Add slaw, broth mixture and pepper to taste, cook quickly on high, stirring until liquid is almost gone. Turn off heat and add reserved egg strips, cooked pork and green pen onions.1.
- Turn out onto serving dish
- Make Manderin Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Make Manderin Pancakes, They should be made before the Moo Shu Pork so they will be ready
- In a bowl mix flour, water, sugar and asian seasoning until a shaggy dogh forms
- Turn out onto flouted surface and kneed until smooth, about 3 minutes
- Roll into a 12 inch log, cover with plastic wrap and let sit 5 minutrs
- Cut into 12 slices
- Roll each slice into about an 8 inche thin circle
- Brush one side of each circle lightly with seasame oi
- Sandwich 2 pancakes together with seasame oil sides inside. The outside will be dry
- Spray a 9 inch skillet with non stick spray and heat to medium high. Add 1 pair of pancakes cooking just until each side is dry, and a spotty goldem. Remove from skillet, carefully peel them apart while hot and stack between parchment paper
- Continue with remaining panncakes
- To serve
- Have everyone take a pancake, add a thin layer of Manderin Sauce on pancake
- Add some Mu Shu Pork
- Fold over and eat!
