  5. Using a blender, blend the can of tomatoes, tomato paste, rest of the spices and garlic.
  6. Pour mixture over top of the meat.
  7. Place cover over top of the roasting pan and roast in the oven for 5-6 hours.
  8. Remove the ribs from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
