- put on medium flame & continue wisking…do not stop until batter thickens

- when batter cools cut into squares the size of your rolls
- fry the patties in a frying pan with the oil of your choice until golden brown on both sides..u will have to flip them in frying pan
- remove & set aside to cool some
- cut roll in half & put 3 panelle patties on roll…add generous scoop of fresh ricotta on top of patties & sprinkle shredded cheese on top of ricotta
- bake sandwich in oven until cheese melts & bread is lil toasty
