- Prepare 1 cup sabut moong washed soaked in water overnight
- Make ready 1 tbsp oil
- Take Pinch hing(asafoetida)
- Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

- Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 onion chopped finely
- Get 3-4 green chilli chopped finely
Steps to make Moong Poha:
- Strain the moong, keep aside.
- Take a pressure cooker, add moong, hing, salt & lil water, cover it with the lid, give 1 whistle, stop the flame, allow it to cool down.
- Now strain cooked moong, keep aside.
- Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add zeera, sauté it for a while.
- Add moong, stir it for a while.
- Now add red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a while.
- Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta, onions & green chilli chopped.
