  1. Get 250-300 gm bhindi(ladyfinger)
  2. Prepare 1-2 small onions
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Besan or gram flour

  5. Take 1/2 tsp Ajwain(carom seeds)
  6. Get 1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

  11. Make ready 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  12. Take 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil
  13. Take 2-3 Slit green chillies
Steps to make Besan Bhindi:
  1. Wash and pat dry bhindi and cut it length wise. Chop onion.
  2. Heat oil. Add hing, jeera, ajwain. Let it splutter. Add onion. Cook till light brown. Add green chili, and all dry masala. Add bhindi combine everything and cover the lid. Cook on slow flame.. All masalas will coat on the bhindi. Add
  3. Add dry mango powder, and a pinch of sugar. Mix and cook without lid until cooked.
  4. Besan wali bhindi is ready to be served with garam roti or paratha.
