- Take a bowl add flour, chopped Fenugreek,salt,oil, turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Asofetida, sesame seeds and water in it.preepare soft dough.
- Now divide it in 10 parts. Roll each part as thick as paratha.
- Now take a glass and with the help of it's edge cut small poori from it. Now with the help of knife make design on it. So it's become crispy. You can directly make small poori from the dough.
- Take one pan. Add oil in it. When oil becomes hot enough add poori in it.
- Fry it till golden brown colour from both the sides. Serve with tea or coffee. Children like it very much.
