  3. Fill peppers with cheese cubes to fit in
  4. Wrap in bacon, secure with toothpick and place them on a foil lined baking pan. Have the oven preheated at 400 and roast until bacon is crisp and cheese is melted about 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip or just sour cream mixed with some fresh chopped chives
