Involtini di melanzane is - zoals de naam al lichtelijk doet vermoeden - een traditioneel Italiaans gerecht.   5. Place on a baking tray with some baking paper and a drizzle of olive oil - Add a spoonful of tomato sauce on top of every aubergine roll up - Cook in the oven for 15 minutes (200 degrees)
