The ingredients needed to make Beetroot Chaas:
  1. Take 3 cup yogurt
  2. Make ready 1 cup chopped beetroot
  3. Get 3 cup water
  4. Take Salt as per taste
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp black salt
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  7. Take 2 chopped green chillies
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  9. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Take Handful curry leaves
Steps to make Beetroot Chaas:
  1. First wash and peeled the beetroot then cut into small pieces then pour water in a pan boil it put the chopped beetroot when the beetroot gets tender turn off the flame cook it down completely
  2. Then in a blender add the boiled beetroot along with water then add chopped ginger and green chillies blend until smooth then strain the liquid from the mixture now in a bowl add yogurt using a whisker whisk until smooth add spoon of water then add
  3. Then add salt according to your taste,again whisk it until smooth then pour it in the glass,now in another pan add oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves pour the tempering in the glass.. served chilled…
