  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Steps to make Beetroot Balls:
  1. Steps to Prepare Beetroot Starter Balls: - Step1.Add Sooji and Besan in a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves, salt, chilli flakes and chaat masala into it.Then, slowly add Beetroot water into it and mix well to make it lump-free.
  2. In a pan, put oil (2tsp) and add batter into it to make a thick smooth batter to prepare a dough through it. Now, put it in a plate and smoothly Knead it.
  3. Make small ball through dough. Heat the oil in another pan and deep fry the balls.
  4. Cut panner on small cubes. In a bowl add Olive oil, chaat masala, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Gradullay add panner cubes and mix well. Then, give it a rest of 10 minutes. - After, heat a pan and fry panner from both sides.
  5. Arrange Panner and beetroots on wooden sticks. - Lastly, Garnish it with salad and green chutney, red sauce.
