  8. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds

Steps to make Beetroot -Corn Pulao:
  1. Wash and soak the rice.Then Heat oil in a pan,add whole spices,after a minute add chopped onions and saute it.
  2. Fry the onions till golden colour then add green chillies and tomatoes to it.
  3. Once tomatoes are cooked add peeled and chopped beetroot and biryani masala,saute well and let it cook on low flame.
  4. Now add soaked rice and mix it well.
  5. Add corns,water,salt and lemon juice,,cook for 3 minutes and then cover and cook for 10 minutes..
  6. Let it sit for few minutes and then serve hot.
