- Get 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Take 2 tbsp sooji

Steps to make Beetroot Momos:
- In a bowl add wheat flour, suji,salt,1tbsp oil and add beetroot water knead the dough. The dough should be little soft. Rest it for 5min.
- In a pan add oil as oil heats add chopped spinach,saute it for 2min, add cabbage and Panner mix them together saute it for 2min then add ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder. Mix them all together. After 5min turn off the gas then add groundnut powder and mix it.
- Knead the dough. Make small balls from it.(like we do for puri) roll the ball by dusting little flour. If u want to avoid flour u can apply a drop of oil on ball and roll it.
- Now take little portion from the filling put it in the centre then apply water at the edge. To shape the momos, Now lift the one side of edge and start pleating and joining them together. (you can also use moulds of modak)I have also used leftover beetroot extract after grinding.
- Now grease the plate of steamer keep the momo's into it. Steam the momo's on medium flame for 10min. (here I have used idli steamer) after 10min remove it from steamer serve hot with sauce and cabbage.
- Note:- because if wheat flour it changes the colour. If you use Maida colour of momo's after steaming will not change. For beetroot water(grind one beetroot then strain the mixture.)
